Exercise must be a part of any healthy weight loss program
Yep, you read that right. When you are on phase one of our fat burning program, we recommend no exercise or light exercise.
20 minutes of low intensity walking or 10 minutes of slow Nordic Pole walking is acceptable. If you must exercise, we will adjust the program to fit the calories you are burning.
However, the best weight loss results are obtained by individuals who do not exercise while in the “Losing Phase” of our program. We can explain the reasons why when you come into the office for your free consultation, so call us at (714) 368-7600
Once you are done with our program, we strongly encourage exercise. The Surgeon General has determined only half of Americans get the recommended amount of physical activity – at least 150 minutes a week of “moderate intensity” aerobic exercise, such as brisk walking.
